Before last night, did Joe Wilson ever go on record saying that Obama's health care plan includes illegals?

Actually he has.. he wrote a piece in a SC Journal the also included him saying that there will be death panels and rationing.... he tweeted before he yelled out that he would be confrontational in some way.. therefore it was not spontaneous.. it was premeditated.. and HIGHLY disrespectful..... oh well his opponent in the 2010 election will probably raise 2x as much as he will... sorry JOE maybe you can become a plumber now?
