Funny animated smiley faces or characters that make you laugh hysterically?

I am looking for funny, animated smiley faces or characters that are large, will make you laugh immediately. The type of thing I can send to someone, and when they open it they laugh out loud. Hopefully, these would be free. Anyone have any suggestions or know of some good sites? Thanks!
