What kind of advice can I give my 24 old bro. who has never dated yet wants to? He wants a decent girl!!!!!!!?

He loves to joke around and he loves video games. He works at a smoothy shop and if pretty dependable. He thinks no girl will want some one that is hairy. I think that is untrue. Please help. I just dont know how to help him.
