Do you feel represented by your elected officials? Even after the president urged congress to vote against us?

I read in the paper today that some congress voted against their constituents and voted for the 700 B. bail out. Even the president urged congress to vote against the constituent. How are we as a nation supposed to be represented than? Did every one forget about the "No taxation without Representation"?
