Why are my hands always cold ?

i am wondering why , my hands started getting cold from 3 years ago and still r now , and its getting annoying cuz they get so cold they turn really pale and blueish and get numb and hard to move them, and my friends call me corps cuz even on a hot sunny day they r freezing ! lol anyway im 15 i dont eat meat , i am in healthy weight and i am active "if this helps" :p so plez does it have a reason ? im tired of being called corps XD
