Ever had a personal answer off Yahoo customer care?

No. After I explain in great detail to their small minds why it is not a violation I get back: "I understand you are requesting more information on what constitutes a violation." Then they repeat what we all already know, their rules. Only once have I had a real answer and they reinstated my answer.
