Well, no, you are not at an increased risk of twins just because you have a high LH because 2 follicles will respond to the same amount of LH as if it was 1 follicle. That number is very high- mine was 44 and my RE said it could damage the egg- consider asking your doctor for ganirelix and ovidrel next month. the first one turns off the lh (it may also be high throughout the cycle, which is not good either) and the second one is an hcg shot that replaces the lh but is not bad for the egg or future developing embryo.
