Will gay married guys/girls be bale to have children with them and race them?

I am asking will gay couples who r married be able to have children or adopt children cause i was thinking since my mo0m wants to have lots of grandchildren so i was wondering when im a little older will i be able to have kids n im a boy n gay or adopt a kid or kids?
