How can i prepare for the act test?

Tomorrow is the act test for me. I'm a senior in high school, and get really good grades, and have a 3.5 gpa. But i got a 15 last time on it. So how can i prepare? What are some tips? Will a 15 get me into a university in my home town? Even with my good grades? I live in reno,nv.
