Why do republicans only impeach for ual deviation?

There have been no charges of any of the above you've listed because some are powers granted the president and the others are laws that have loopholes that allow wiretapping to catch terrorists. Very few American citizens have had their phones tapped and only one has a legitimate complaint. In an election year impeachment will not happen. Bush is a lame duck. Incidentally, I thought the Clinton impeachment was bogus as well. This country has too many problems to worry about petty "crimes" by presidents.
