How did i eat today? im trying to lose 10 pounds by September 1st?
Not sure about the calorie content, or what munchkins are. The low fat ice cream is not bad, but consider replacing with non dairy sherbet. Have the blueberries in a blender with sugar and 1 and a half cups of oatmeal ( this will keep you full for hours) Otherwise, have the berries with regular cereal and soy milk ( a tasty combination ). Eat more bananas, bagels, vanilla flavoured soy milk, peanuts at lunch, eat more candy instead of the fattier cookies ( sugar on its own does not encourage weight gain ). Dinner looked good, but add more condiments like soy sauce, mustard, et cetera to make it more tasty, plus add two or more cut up lightly fried and steamed potatoes with the squash. You could also have rice with dinner, flavoured with peas and soy sauce. Potatoes are ok, they do not cause weight gain.One more thing, unless you are deep frying the vegetables, you can pretty much eat as much of them as you like,its very unlikely they will cause any weight gain ( the same goes for breads , pasta and soy foods, notwithstanding the Atkins diet fallacy ).Limit your dairy, meat and processed food intake, and it is likely that you will reach your goal. Do not eat more than 40 grams of fat a day. Stick with the candy, we all have to enjoy something.
